Are you an organised and proactive individual looking for an administrative role in an educational environment?
Our client is seeking a dedicated professional to provide administrative support focusing on Suspensions & Exclusions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Undertake a range of administrative tasks, including filing, record keeping, preparing, and sending letters, as well as data collation and presentations.
* Assist the Behaviour Support Team with managing and inputting data related to student suspensions.
* Prepare and handle all necessary paperwork associated with suspensions, maintaining detailed records for future reference.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for communications regarding suspension matters.
* Collaborate with the pastoral, behaviour, and SEN teams to provide administrative support.
What We're Looking For:
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication and administrative abilities.
* Knowledge of data management and school systems.
* A proactive and problem-solving approach.
* Experience in an educational setting along with a current DBS is beneficial but not required.
