Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Oakham, Rutland, for a Senior Garment Technologist. Responsibilities include managing the development cycle of garments from inception to production, ensuring high-quality garment construction, conducting fittings, and upholding quality control standards. The role involves close collaboration with design, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure all garments meet technical specifications and brand standards.
Qualifications
* Strong knowledge and experience in Garment Construction and Textiles
* Proficiency in Quality Control processes and standards
* Ability to oversee and conduct garment Fittings with attention to detail
* Excellent Communication skills to liaise effectively with teams and external stakeholders
* Background in similar roles or industries is highly desirable
* Relevant degree or professional certification in Fashion, Textiles, or a related field preferred
* Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
