Customer Service Representative
Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire
Salary: £23,000 - £26,000 per annum + Excellent Benefits
Working Hours: Rotating shifts Monday-Friday (08:30-16:45, 08:45-17:00, 09:15-17:30)
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, supportive environment? We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Consumer Operations team.
What You'll Be Doing:
Handling inbound calls from customers, dealerships, and technicians
Managing claims efficiently and in line with policy
Ensuring clear communication and accurate customer journey records
Responding to enquiries across multiple channels
Escalating complex issues appropriately
Maintaining compliance with FCA, GDPR, and internal policies
What We're Looking For:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A positive attitude and adaptability to change

Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not essential
Training & Support:
4-week classroom-based training (no holidays during this period)
Ongoing coaching and performance reviews
Homeworking available after 12 weeks, subject to meeting key performance indicators
