We’ve built a strong reputation in the sports world, with our natural, high-performance teas used by the England rugby, football, and cricket teams, as well as hundreds of professional athletes. Last summer, we launched the world’s first 100% natural, sugar-free, sweetener-free energy drink, securing listings in Whole Foods, Holland & Barrett, and Ocado, with more exciting nationwide launches in the pipeline. This month we will become the world’s first tea brand to be on the side of a Formula One car, after receiving investment from driver Pierre Gasly.
This is a career defining opportunity. With secured funding from several athletes and a select group of experienced FMCG angels, we’re now accelerating our growth and are looking for a hungry, driven, best-in-class Brand Manager to help turn MISSION into a household name.
What You'll Do
* Grow brand awareness and consideration amongst our core customer profile, driving rate of sale through sampling, community campaigns and partnerships (with retailers, professional clubs and influencers);
* Continue to build and refine a consistent, compelling brand story to our core customer (the runner);
* Consistency across all touch points (website, pack, social, email, retail etc.);
* Work closely with Sales Director and Head of D2C, treating them as your internal customers - you will be responsible for helping to drive growth online as well as offline, with launches in major supermarkets in the pipeline;
* Closely manage brand budget, ensuring our growth is sustainable;
* Keeping up to date with other categories and coming up with original and innovative ideas to ensure we stand out amongst the rest.
Who You Are
* You have proven experience in a fast growing startup brand and success in helping to scale a consumer goods product within brand and marketing, ideally within food & drink;
* You have worked with retailers and have experience building successful partnerships;
* You enjoy working in collaboration with sales and D2C teams;
* You have worked in a start-up, making big things happen with small budgets;
* A passion for health and wellbeing is essential;
* You are happy working on your own or in small teams;
* You are not afraid to get stuck in - no job is beneath you;
* A passion for high performance and self-improvement, whilst also pushing and nurturing the team around you to achieve more together;
* You are super-ambitious, a problem solver by nature and hungry to get things done;

£40,000 - £50,000 DOE
Vauxhall office, 1 day a week WFH
