We are now looking for an Executive Assistant to join us on a full‑time, permanent basis, working 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

The Role
As an Executive Assistant, you will act as the CEO’s strategic partner, managing priorities, safeguarding his time, and ensuring he is fully prepared to focus on high‑value strategic work.
Operating as a trusted confidant and key facilitator, you’ll bring structure to complexity and ensure the smooth execution of the CEO’s agenda across multiple projects, stakeholders and business activities.
You’ll attend key meetings to capture actions and drive progress, triage correspondence, manage sensitive information, act as gatekeeper, and represent the CEO professionally with clients, investors, contractors and senior partners.
Developing an understanding of business priorities, you’ll expertly manage diary demands, complex scheduling, travel logistics and operational tasks.
Additionally, you will:
* Co‑ordinate project pipelines, track milestones, and maintain organised systems
* Prepare detailed briefing packs, research and documentation
* Draft and proofread correspondence, reports and presentations
* Maintain project files, contracts and documentation systems
* Liaise with finance, HR and operations to progress CEO priorities
About You
To be considered as an Executive Assistant, you will need:
* At least three years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Chief of Staff supporting C‑suite executives
* Experience in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial or high‑growth environment
* Touch‑typing proficiency (minimum 60 wpm)
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Comfortable adopting new technologies and AI tools to enhance productivity
* A full, valid driving licence (for occasional site visits and errands)
