Copywriter
Overview
We are looking for a highly conceptual, culturally attuned Copywriter to join the creative team, working in close partnership with an Art Director across a wide range of integrated campaigns.
Reporting directly to the Chief Creative Officer, this is a senior-level role for a writer who combines strong ideation with exceptional craft. You will be responsible for developing original, compelling concepts and delivering standout copy across all channels, with a particular focus on social-first thinking.
The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of how brands show up in modern culture, with the ability to create work that is both strategically grounded and creatively ambitious.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner closely with an Art Director to develop and deliver integrated creative concepts across campaigns
• Lead on ideation, contributing bold, original thinking that translates into strong, executable creative
• Write high-quality, engaging copy across all channels including digital, social, film, OOH, and brand campaigns
• Create platform-native social content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and emerging channels, ensuring work is culturally relevant and designed to perform
• Develop copy that reflects a strong understanding of tone, voice, audience, and brand positioning
• Present ideas and creative work confidently to clients and senior stakeholders
• Collaborate with strategy, design, and production teams to bring ideas to life
• Stay deeply connected to social culture, trends, and platform behaviours, ensuring all work feels current and relevant
• Articulate and defend creative thinking with clarity and conviction
• Maintain consistently high standards of writing, craft, and attention to detail
• Contribute to raising the overall creative standard and ambition of the team
Experience & Skills
• 5+ years’ experience in copywriting within an agency or brand environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating concept-driven, integrated campaign work
• Proven experience writing for social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and other emerging channels
• Strong understanding of how copy, culture, and platform mechanics drive engagement
• Experience working in a creative partnership (Art Director + Copywriter)
• Highly confident in client-facing situations, with experience presenting and influencing at a senior level
• Excellent conceptual thinking alongside strong writing craft
• Ability to balance creative ambition with strategic thinking
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
