Overview

As an Events & Bookings Coordinator at Royal Nawaab Pyramid, you’ll be the key link between guests, the events team, and the wider operations departments.

You’ll manage all incoming enquiries for weddings, private functions, and corporate events—ensuring every lead is followed up, converted, and delivered with exceptional service. Your work will help maintain Royal Nawaab’s reputation for seamless organisation and unforgettable occasions.


Responsibilities

Lead Management & Enquiry Handling

* Respond promptly to all event, wedding, and catering enquiries (email, phone, and walk-ins).
* Record and track every enquiry in the CRM system, ensuring no opportunities are lost.
* Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
* Maintain accurate event calendars and booking records.

Event Coordination & Support

* Work closely with the Events Executive to hand over confirmed bookings and logistics.
* Liaise with kitchen, operations, and service teams to confirm details and timelines.
* Assist in creating event proposals, floor plans, and client briefs.
* Support on the day of events where required to ensure smooth execution.

Customer Communication

* Be the main point of contact for clients throughout the enquiry and planning process.
* Deliver a premium, professional, and friendly experience at all times.
* Gather post-event feedback and share insights with the wider team to improve processes.

Reporting & Process Improvement

* Provide weekly reports on lead volume, conversions, and event categories.
* Suggest improvements to enquiry management, follow-up processes, and client experience.
* Collaborate with marketing to align event promotions and ensure accurate campaign data.


Skills & Experience Required

* Minimum 3 years’ experience in hospitality, events, or venue bookings (restaurant, hotel, or events agency background preferred).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
* Confident using CRM or booking systems (e.g. HubSpot, ResDiary, EventPro).
* Ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* A genuine passion for hospitality, client service, and creating memorable experiences.
