Role Description
We are seeking a business development specialist for a market-leading defence technology company located in the Solent region. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record within the sector and demonstrate proficiency in cultivating business relationships, securing multiple agreements, developing a robust client pipeline, and consistently meeting financial objectives aligned with the strategic aims of the organisation.
A well-established network of contacts within the defence and intelligence communities is essential, as are tenacity, resilience, and ambition. The role offers both collaborative team involvement and independent responsibilities, requiring a self-motivated individual who excels in high-pressure situations.
The salary range for this position is £45,000 – £70,000, in addition to a bonus scheme and comprehensive benefits package.
