We are looking for a Sales Specialist to join our Berkshire Sales & Lettings team, working from our Berkshire sites and Chiswick Business Park. At Foxtons, we work hard to achieve exceptional results, with industry leading technology, back office support functions and wide-reaching marketing strategies to support both you and your customers. This allows you to spend your time focusing on winning instructions, delivering the best service to your customers & hitting/exceeding sales targets!
Please note, the successful candidate will be expected to work from both our HQ in Chiswick and the wider Berkshire region.
Responsibilities
* Increase market share
* Conduct valuations and take on new property listings
* Ensure you drive to exceed individual and branch targets
* Deliver the highest level of service to all clients by yourself & team
* When the Sales Manager is on annual leave, step in and manage the sales team
* Assisting the Manager to develop, train and motivate the sales Negotiators in the office

About You
* Experience conducting sales valuations for residential properties in London or Surrey
* A proven track record of achieving & exceeding sales targets
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to lease both internally and to external clients
* Must be self‑motivated and have the ability to demonstrate the determination to exceed targets
* Full UK driving licence
