Regulatory Compliance Manager - Hybrid Working
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Regulatory Compliance Manager to join a growing, highly regulated organisation in the betting and gaming sector. The role involves overseeing multi-jurisdictional compliance requirements, supporting teams across the business, and acting as a key point of contact for regulators. You’ll lead and develop a small compliance team, provide practical advice, manage policies and controls, and support new projects and regulatory reporting.
Key areas of responsibility include:
* Maintaining and updating regulatory policies and procedures
* Providing clear compliance advice across the business
* Leading and supporting the compliance team
* Monitoring and testing compliance controls
* Managing action plans from compliance reviews
* Supporting licensing, reporting, and regulator engagement
* Delivering compliance input into new projects and initiatives
* Overseeing annual compliance training
They are looking for someone with proven experience in gambling, betting or gaming compliance, strong stakeholder skills, and a solid understanding of regulatory obligations. The role requires working three days per week from the organisation’s North West office
