Part of the Tormead family, Rydes Hill Pre-Prep and Nursery School provides exceptional education and pastoral care for children aged 2-7 within idyllic surroundings in the suburbs of Guildford.
We are looking for an approachable driver with a flexible attitude who is confident working with young people to join our friendly team. Reporting to the Premises Team Leader, the postholder will collect students before the start of the school day from specified locations along a given route, arriving at school by 8.30am and returning the pupils from school to specified locations after school..
Candidates must hold a clean driving licence. A warm, approachable, and engaging manner, with the confidence to build relationships with colleagues and students is essential. The successful candidate will be expected to take a proactive, professional, and safety-conscious approach at all times. Experience of working in an educational environment would be considered favourably but is not essential.
The hours are 20 hours per week, from 7.15am until 8.45am and 4.00pm - 5.30pm Monday to Friday during the school's term time (33 weeks per annum).
