A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* Deliver administrative support to the transport team to ensure smooth operations.
* Conduct thorough briefings and debriefings with drivers at the start and end of their shifts to ensure clarity and safety.
* Efficiently process and manage all transport-related paperwork to maintain accurate records.
* Accurately input data into systems to support operational efficiency and reporting.
* Monitor and track deliveries using Microlise to ensure timely and efficient service.
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
* Has previous experience in a transport environment
* Has previous experience in an office environment
* Knowledge of Microsoft packages
* Available for immediate start desirable
