Position Summary A key role within a planning consultancy team, supporting a Partner by managing planning projects, client relationships, and junior staff, while contributing to business development. Core Responsibilities * Lead and manage planning projects from initiation to completion. * Prepare project plans, fee agreements, and ensure outputs meet QA standards. * Handle invoicing, WIP (Work in Progress), and debt management. * Represent clients at public consultations or meetings. * Produce professional-grade planning reports. * Oversee and mentor junior staff; manage timesheets, holidays, and training. * Support the Partner in client and business development activities. * Maintain RTPI Chartered status and engage in CPD. Key Skills and Requirements * Chartered Membership of the RTPI (essential). * Strong planning expertise and professional report writing. * Proven project management and business development success. * Excellent interpersonal and client management skills. * Team leadership and performance management capability.
