As Resident Medical Officer, you&39;ll play a crucial role providing on call cover for Cygnet Hospital Sherwood. Main duties of the job The RMO is the Doctor onsite covering on calls between 5pm and 9am on weekdays and 9am -9am weekend shifts. Generally the RMO will work on a rota of 4 days on / 3 days off every week. Cygnet Hospital Sherwood is our new state-of-the-art PICU and Acute hospital for men, in Nottinghamshire. The service will be opening in early 2024. The service will feature three wards, including a 12 bed PICU ward and two 16 bed acute wards. Cygnet Hospital Sherwood has a full multi-disciplinary team (MDT) and supports the acute needs of adults requiring rapid access to mental health services, including those who may need an intensive care environment.
