The nurturing school, set in a rural village, caters to pupils aged 7-16 yrs with SEMH and associated needs.
Job description:
* Planning and delivering engaging Science lessons to learners with complex needs
* Promoting positive behaviour and interactions
* Monitoring student progress
* Pupil supervision outside the class including school trips and activities
* Full-time, permanent role
* Start September 2026
* Salary: £32,916 - £51,047
Person specification:
* Strong teaching background with ability to inspire and engage pupils
* Experience working with SEND pupils, ideally within a specialist setting
* Strong competence with the Science curriculum
* Experience of behaviour management and de-escalation
* QTS or QTLS
