We are now seeking a talented and creative Part-Time Designer to help bring our brand to life across email, social media, and digital campaigns.
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital design and branding, with a flair for creating engaging, visually appealing content. You will be responsible for designing and scheduling campaigns across multiple platforms — from email and social to paid media — while ensuring consistency with our brand identity. This is a flexible, part-time role where you will collaborate closely with the Manager but also work independently, taking ownership of creative projects from concept to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver engaging email campaigns (Klaviyo experience desirable).
* Create compelling social media posts (organic and paid) to boost engagement and drive results.
* Develop creative assets for ad campaigns, app notifications, and SMS/text pushes.
* Support wider marketing campaigns, ensuring designs align with brand messaging and KPIs.
* Produce high-quality graphics and layouts using Canva (Adobe Creative Suite or Figma a bonus).
* Schedule content and maintain an organised posting calendar across multiple platforms.
* Produce and edit short-form video content (e.g., for social media, ads, and campaigns).
* Collaborate with the Manager to brainstorm creative ideas and ensure campaigns meet objectives.
* Keep up-to-date with digital design trends and apply best practices to improve performance.
Skills & Attributes:
* Strong design and branding skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
* Proficiency in Canva; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools is advantageous.
* Experience creating content for social media, email, and digital marketing campaigns.
* Knowledge of Shopify and email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo) preferred.
* Understanding of paid media campaigns and designing ad creatives that drive results.
* Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
* A proactive team player with excellent communication skills.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.80-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
