 
        Operations Manager – Supported Living Location: Essex Salary: Competitive salary DOE Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to join a growing Supported Living provider. This role offers the chance to lead multiple services, drive operational excellence, and ensure the highest standards of person-centred support for adults with complex needs, learning disabilities, or mental health conditions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Supported Living operations, with proven leadership skills and the ability to balance quality, compliance, and business performance. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple Supported Living services. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal quality frameworks. Lead, mentor, and develop Registered and Service Managers to maintain outstanding service delivery. Manage budgets, staffing levels, and financial performance across services. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practice. Build and maintain strong relationships with commissioners, local authorities, and external partners. Lead on service development and contribute to business growth strategies. Requirements Proven experience in an operational or senior management role within Supported Living or Adult Social Care. Strong understanding of CQC standards and compliance requirements. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and KPIs. Relevant qualification: ideally Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent. Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred support.
