About the Role:
As Deputy Manager, you’ll support the Home Manager in delivering outstanding care to our residents, maintaining high standards, and providing professional leadership to the team. Key Responsibilities:
* Support the day-to-day management of the care home
* Lead and motivate care staff to deliver person-centred, high-quality care
* Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal policies
* Contribute to staff development, training, and supervision
* Deliver hands-on clinical care and manage medication safely
Requirements:
* Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with an active NMC PIN
* Previous experience in a care home management or deputy role
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* A caring and professional approach to elderly care
