Role Overview:

* Location: London - Hybrid 3 days onsite
* Package: up to £80,000 + benefits
* Industry: Online Retail / E-commerce


What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Partnering executives and senior leaders to align people strategy with commercial goals
2. Acting as a trusted advisor, offering pragmatic, risk-aware guidance across the employee lifecycle
3. Developing and delivering people plans that support performance, engagement, and organisational change
4. Leading workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development across functional areas
5. Driving organisational design and large-scale change initiatives alongside finance and legal stakeholders
6. Coaching and challenging leaders to build strong management capability and consistent people practices
7. Using data and insight to inform decisions around resource planning, engagement, and capability
