Job Description Reporting to the Water Cost and Commercial Lead for the UK, your role as Senior Quantity Surveyor will involve delivering work with water companies or the Environment Agency in the Midlands area predominantly, with the opportunity to work in the North West of England in consultancy roles. However, there will be an opportunity for progression between the UK water, environment, and nuclear sectors. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will have knowledge and experience in pre- and post-contract management in NEC 3 or NEC 4 ECC and procurement within the UK water, environment, and nuclear sectors. The senior quantity surveyor will be expected to utilise their major project experience and knowledge to drive efficiencies and effective supply chain engagement and contract management. As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will have experience working with Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) and/ or Early Subcontractor Involvement (ESI) in design and build major capital programmes.
