About the Role
As a Leisure Receptionist, you will create a genuinely memorable experience for our guests from the moment they enter our venues. You will handle transactions, anticipate guest needs, and foster a warm atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.
You will provide a welcoming and professional environment for members, hotel guests, and visitors. Your responsibilities include ensuring accurate access tracking, managing memberships, new enrollments, payments, and renewals, and serving as the first point of contact for inquiries and questions.

* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to ensure a seamless, memorable experience and proactively resolve challenges
* Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to stay calm under pressure and adjust your approach for routine and non-routine tasks
