We are working with a well-regarded law firm based in Tyneside, who are looking to recruit a Private Client Paralegal on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with a genuine interest in private client work and a desire to build a long-term legal career within a supportive and professional environment.
Role Overview
As a Private Client Paralegal, you will provide key support to the Private Client team, assisting with a varied caseload that may include:
* Wills and probate
* Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Trusts and estate administration
* Court of Protection matters
* Client correspondence and document preparation
* Legal research and file management
* Liaising with clients, third parties, and external professionals
What We are Looking For
* Previous experience in a legal support or paralegal role, ideally within Private Client
* A law degree and/or completion of the LPC or equivalent qualification is desirable
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
* A team player with a proactive and professional attitude
