Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Yard Supervisor to join our team. Reporting to the Site Manager, you’ll oversee day‑to‑day yard operations, maintain accurate stock levels, support essential office admin tasks to ensure everything runs smoothly and safely. You’ll play a key role in supervising the yard team, managing site access on a rota basis, and driving a strong safety culture.
Responsibilities
• Oversee day‑to‑day yard operations.
• Maintain accurate stock levels.

• Drive a strong safety culture in line with our Safety Management System.
• Perform data input in Maximo, support vehicle loading, act as an emergency controller.
Qualifications & Skills
* Strong communication skills related to DVSA compliance, tachograph analysis and maintenance scheduling.
* Working knowledge of the Working Time Directive and drivers’ hours rules.
* Ability to conduct drivers debriefs, monitor CPC compliance and support training.
* Full driving licence.
* Willingness to work flexible hours and additional hours.
* Ability to work in a team or on own initiative.
* Professional, positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service.
* Honest, trustworthy and computer literate.
* Positive attitude towards safety.
