We are working with a leading international law firm to recruit a People Systems Analyst to join their global HRIS function based in London. This is a strong opportunity for someone with hands-on HR systems experience who is keen to develop further expertise in reporting, data insights, and system optimisation within a complex, international professional services environment.
The role sits within a close-knit global HRIS team currently comprising a Senior HR Systems Manager and a People Systems Analyst, both based in London. The team supports a global HR function, delivering system administration, reporting, configuration, and continuous improvement across SAP SuccessFactors.
SAP SuccessFactors experience is essential for this role.
What the role involves:
* Early and strong focus on HR reporting and analytics
* Building and enhancing Story Reports and broader reporting outputs
* Supporting system administration tasks across SuccessFactors
* Assisting with Employee Central configuration and maintenance
* Contributing to workflow improvements and system optimisation
* Supporting wider HR systems projects and change initiatives
* Working closely with HR stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions

* Minimum 1 year’s hands-on HR systems experience
* Strong, practical experience with SAP SuccessFactors (essential)
* Proven knowledge of Employee Central
* Solid reporting capability, ideally including Story Reports
* Ability to work independently on system administration tasks
