Our client, a successful and reputable independent sales and lettings agency based in Bournemouth, is seeking a professional and organised Property Manager to oversee a substantial portfolio of managed properties. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills, along with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants alike. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Managing a portfolio of residential properties across the Bournemouth area Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants Coordinating maintenance works and property inspections Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and company procedures Handling tenancy renewals, check-ins, and check-outs Serving Section 21 and Section 8 notices where required Managing deposits, rent arrears, and contractor relationships Maintaining accurate records and property management software Resolving issues promptly and professionally What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Previous experience in property management and residential lettings ARLA qualification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Knowledge of Section 21 and Section 8 notices advantageous Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organisational and time-management abilities Confident under pressure with a professional attitude Proficient in property management systems and Microsoft Office Team player with a proactive and positive approach Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle What's In It For You?
