We are looking for a suitably experienced and motivated person to join our Adult Community Mental Health Teams reception, based at St Andrews House. As a receptionist/ team admin support, you will assist in the delivery of a wide range of services to the local community.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver high-quality front-of-house reception/admin support, including greeting clients, dealing with telephone callers, and supporting team operations.
2. Manage multiple tasks in a busy office environment with a pleasant and welcoming manner.
3. Prioritize conflicting workload demands effectively.
4. Maintain good communication and organizational skills, with proficiency in IT (Word and Outlook).
5. Work with the public both in person and on the telephone in a fast-paced environment.


Essential Skills and Qualifications:

* Good spelling and grammatical accuracy.
* Typing skills to RSA I standard or demonstrable experience.
* Experience with Microsoft Office packages.
* Experience dealing with telephone inquiries.
* GCSE English Grade C or equivalent.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work as part of a team and prioritize tasks.


Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

* Previous clerical/administration or front-of-house experience.
* Experience working in a clinical team setting.
* IT qualifications such as ECDL/CLAIT.
* Customer care training.
