As a Site Technical Admin with Sodexo, you'll enhance the services of our vibrant corporate site, offering a helping hand to ensure flawless facilities operations and keep things running smoothly.
What you’ll do:
* Support technical teams with compliance and administration
* Act as the go‑to for technical admin processes
* Maintain compliance records, audits, and action logs
* Manage contractor and supplier administration, including POs
* Track financial, asset, training, and maintenance data
* Liaise with helpdesk and stakeholders to manage work orders
* Provide professional administrative and communication support
What you’ll bring:
* Experience in an administrative role
* Basic experience or understanding of building and facilities engineering
* Exposure to a technical or engineering environment
* Strong IT and organisational skills
* High attention to detail and compliance focus
* Confident communicator with a customer‑focused approach
* Ability to manage priorities independently and within a team
