Our client are a fast-growing, dynamic beauty brand based in West London, operating primarily in the e-commerce space and are rapidly expanding. They are looking for a detail-oriented Merchandising Admin Assistant to join their Planning team.
In this role, you'll provide essential support through reporting, stock and product tracking, and pricing updates across various platforms. You'll help monitor product and promotional performance, contributing to key decisions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and ad hoc performance reports
Maintain daily sales trackers with accurate and timely data
Support Planning and E-commerce teams with performance insights and analysisStock & Product Management
Assist with stock allocation across multiple sales channels and warehouses
Ensure key trackers (Ecom, Stock on Hand, Product Library) are consistently accurate
Monitor lead times and delivery schedules for timely stock management
Help maintain stock parameters and availability across multiple warehouse locationsPricing & Promotions
Upload and manage accurate pricing and promotions across regions, currencies, and platforms
Collate and analyse data to report on promotional effectivenessStakeholder Coordination
Liaise with suppliers for order confirmations, reorders, and delivery updates
Perform regular site walks (across D2C and retail partner sites), flagging and resolving any issues
Work closely with teams across Planning, Wholesale, Supply Chain, E-commerce, and Product DevelopmentWhat We're Looking For
Prior experience in a merchandising or retail admin role (preferred, not essential)
Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
Confident working with numbers and data analysis
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
Able to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines
Positive, proactive, and solution-focused attitude
Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
