Your new role
As a Fire Risk Assessor, you’ll conduct fire risk assessments across Type 1, 2, and 3 buildings within our property portfolio—ensuring fullpliance with fire safety regulations and standards. You’ll be instrumental in identifying and reporting risks, rmending remedial works, delivering audits and inspections, and acting as a trusted technical advisor to internal teams and external organisations.
Key duties include:
1. Delivering 100%pliance for fire risk assessments
2. Providing technical fire safety advice
3. Ensuring remedial works align with FRA timeframes
4. Participating in cross-team collaboration to raise fire safety standards
What you'll need to succeed
We’re looking for a qualified and experienced fire safety professional who brings:
5. Tier 2 accreditation via IFSM (or willingness to obtain)
6. A nationally recognised fire safety qualification ( NEBOSH, IFE)
7. Relevant experience in the fire safety industry
8. Proven experience with FRA in social housing
9. Strong knowledge of the Regulatory Reform Fire Safety Order (2005)
10. Clear, confidentmunication skills to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders
