An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Aftersales Manager to join a well-established automotive retailer in Kidlington.
We are looking for a motivated and commercially focused individual to lead a busy aftersales operation, ensuring excellent customer service standards while driving department performance and profitability.
This role would suit a confident leader with a strong background in automotive aftersales management and a passion for developing teams and delivering operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day running of the aftersales/service department
* Drive departmental performance, profitability, and efficiency
* Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
* Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and retention
* Monitor KPIs and implement performance improvements
* Ensure compliance with company and industry standards
* Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
Candidate Requirements
* Previous experience in an Aftersales Manager, Service Manager, or similar automotive leadership role
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Commercial awareness with a results-driven approach
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Full UK driving licence preferred
