Our Ideal Recovery Support Worker Will Have
* Essential:
* Knowledge and understanding of Autismand/or Mental Health diagnoses
* A dedication for person-centred care and promoting independence and recovery
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Desired:
* Experience engaging with individuals and supporting activities of daily living, including social, recreational, and occupational activities
* Experience supporting young people in the community
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
* Knowledge and promotion of positive practices in Safeguarding, Health & Safety, and Mental Capacity
