About the Role:
As Food & Beverage Manager, you'll be responsible for leading all front-of-house food and beverage operations. You'll coach and develop your team, drive service excellence, and bring a commercial mindset to managing both the guest experience and the bottom line. This is an important leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives on the floor, especially during high-pressure moments, and who takes real pride in raising standards and creating a great working culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all F&B operations: restaurant, bars, weddings, events, and corporate functions.
Ensure the highest service standards and consistency across all outlets
Lead, train, and develop a motivated and performance-driven team
Partner with the Executive Chef and Events Manager to design memorable guest experiences
Maintain a strong commercial focusmanaging budgets, cost controls, and revenue generation
Be a visible, supportive leader who sets the tone and leads from the front
Navigate seasonal highs and lows with calm, confidence, and strategy
Champion creativity in menu presentation, events, and guest engagement
About You:
Proven experience in a senior F&B management role
Background may come from luxury hotels, premium holiday resorts, or premium restaurants
Exceptional leadership skills with a polished presence and personality
A guest-focused mindset and a passion for creating five-star experiences
Strong commercial acumen and experience managing budgets and targets
Able to lead and motivate a team in a high-performance, service-led culture
A confident communicator with excellent operational knowledge and a hands-on approach
