Neon Search is partnering with a leading luxury lifestyle brand to find a commercially driven, technically adept Ecommerce Manager. If you’re a Shopify expert with a passion for UX, website performance, and delivering a best-in-class customer journey, this could be your next move.
About the Role:
You’ll own the brand’s Shopify platform, optimise the ecommerce roadmap, and elevate user experience across all digital touchpoints. Working closely with internal stakeholders and an external digital agency, you’ll drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and seamless online-to-offline integration.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Lead the ecommerce development roadmap in collaboration with the Head of Direct to Consumer.
* Be the key link between business teams and digital partners.
* Improve UX, streamline user journeys, and champion a luxury-focused mindset.
* Use data and tools (think GA4, Mouseflow) to guide strategic decisions.
* Drive efficiency across ecommerce systems and processes.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with CRM, marketing, and retail teams.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience managing ecommerce platforms, ideally in luxury or premium retail.
* Deep Shopify expertise and experience with 3rd-party integrations.
* Strong grasp of UX/UI and website performance optimisation.
* Experience leading digital projects and managing external agencies.
* A customer-first mindset backed by insight-driven decisions.
* Confident communicator, comfortable working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bonus Points For:
* Experience in omnichannel environments.
* Familiarity with ecommerce A/B testing and analytics platforms.
