Gallery Manager – House of Bruar
'Scotland's Finest Store' seeks an experienced, commercially aware retail manager with a passion for art, antiques and country life, to play a key role in the exciting evolution of our Art Gallery.
A constant presence within our beautiful Gallery space, the Gallery Manager will lead a small team to deliver an exceptional visitor experience, build warm and productive relationships with collectors and artists, and drive sales through excellent product knowledge and inspiring storytelling.
The successful candidate for this wonderful opportunity will have excellent interpersonal and management skills and good track record in commercial gallery management or within luxury retail. The opportunity may suit someone looking for a settled, non-seasonal role, moving away from the instability of an independent gallery or seasonal business.
Country Sports including Field Sports are at the heart of the Gallery's offering, and whilst a practical enthusiasm for field sports is not a requirement, your core values should be aligned with traditional country pursuits.
