We are seeking a dynamic and organised Client Support Administrator / Operations Administrator to sit within our creative studio where you will play a crucial role in supporting our Operations Director and executive team.
Your responsibilities will include liaising with clients, managing communications, and handling sales inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
Facilitating the upload & download of client files, along with spreadsheet and data management.
You'll thrive in this role if you excel in managing multiple tasks independently, fostering positive relationships with stakeholders & supporting in the successful delivery of projects.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and exceptional communication skills are essential, along with a proactive mindset and the ability to adapt quickly to evolving priorities.

Role Responsibilities
* Filtering phone calls and emails, dealing with enquiries and ad hoc requests
* Helping to manage incoming sales enquiries
* Managing high volumes of work in an independent manner
* Handling data and producing reports for the Operations Director
* Using Microsoft Excel to create & maintain spreadsheets, using formulas & interpreting data
* Producing insightful reports as requested
* Liaising with all internal and external stakeholders
* Support the Operations Director with design studio administration
* Organise deliveries to clients & take the post office run
Experience Required
* Previous experience in an administrative role
* Strong organisational skills and able to multi-task
* Confident liaising with staff and working within a team
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint, particularly strong Excel skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Must have a proactive approach, use initiative & be able to work independently
* Experience in stakeholder/client liaison
* Operations experience would be beneficial
