This will suit a UK-based associate with a background in insolvency, restructuring or commercial litigation who wants to move beyond a narrow onshore remit into a more varied, international practice with clearer progression. The role spans both contentious and non-contentious matters, including formal appointments, asset tracing and recovery, enforcement strategies and wider restructuring work. Instructions regularly involve multiple jurisdictions, requiring close coordination with onshore counsel. You will have direct client exposure and the opportunity to take ownership of matters at a level that is often difficult to access in larger firms.
