As our agency continues to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic Paid Media Analyst (Early Careers) to grow with us and become part of our journey.

Impression is now accepting applications for an entry-level position within our Paid Media department. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join the company in a full-time role.

We seek bright and motivated individuals excited about working in a fast-growing digital marketing agency. These roles involve supporting our team across a portfolio of existing clients and new prospects to improve their digital marketing performance, specifically across Paid Search and Paid Social advertising.

The Paid Media Roles

The purpose of the Paid Media role is to help increase a client's return on advertising spend while managing their accounts and campaigns across various platforms, including:

* Google and Microsoft Ads for Search, Shopping, and Display ads
* Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok for Social ads
* YouTube for Video ads

Typical activities include keyword research, campaign building, ad copywriting, account optimization, performance reporting, and client communication.


The Recruitment Process - Key Info and Timelines

Due to high interest, Impression has a multi-stage recruitment process:


Step 1: Apply and First-Stage Assessment

Click the apply button, complete a registration form, and submit your CV and cover letter. You will answer short application questions focused on your interests and experience in Paid Media. You will also complete a data analysis task, which provides insight into your work and allows us to assess your data analysis skills. This process should take 30-45 minutes.


Step 2: Attend Recruitment Day

The final stage is a half-day assessment held in person at our Nottingham head office on Wednesday 24th September. It includes problem-solving activities, group tasks, and a one-on-one interview. You'll also learn about our culture, tour our office, and meet current colleagues.


Step 3: Successful Candidates

Successful applicants will receive a job offer to start from 6th October. If this date doesn't suit you, we can discuss alternative arrangements.


Who Are You?

* You communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
* You are inquisitive, ask questions, and are eager to learn
* You manage your time well and prioritize tasks
* You have strong attention to detail and are thorough
* You work well within a team and enjoy helping others


Desired Experience

* Any marketing-related experience is beneficial
* Experience in digital marketing or related fields (SEO, PPC, programming, PR, social, design, copywriting, editing)
* Google Digital Garage, Google Ads Certifications, Google Analytics IQ, or equivalent experience
* Passion for a subject or activity outside of your studies
* Relevant certifications or coursework
* Keeping up with industry changes through blogs or events

Salary: £22,400

This is a hybrid role. Candidates should reside within 25 miles of our office to benefit from in-person collaboration.
