Managing Consultant
to head up our Northern Contract Recruitment team.
What you'll do:
* Lead and mentor a team of consultants, driving their success.
* Manage your own 360 desk across engineering contract roles.
* Grow client relationships and identify new opportunities.
* Shape strategy with senior leadership while building a high-performance culture.
What we're looking for:
* Proven 360 contract recruitment experience (any sector).
* Track record of mentoring/coaching colleagues.
* Either an established Managing Consultant or a senior/principal recruiter ready for leadership.
