As a Senior Finance Recruitment Consultant, you will liaise with senior-level professionals daily, so strong communication skills are essential. Given the market size and scope for progression, this role suits someone competitive, ambitious, and passionate about delivering high-quality service.
About You:
* Previous finance recruitment experience is highly desirable, within permanent or temporary finance recruitment.
* A proven track record of business development and expanding existing markets.
* Experience in generating new business leads, signing terms of business with new clients, and driving recruitment sales.
* Ability to manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to negotiating job offers.
* Desire for an employer committed to your growth.
* Focused, resilient, and passionate about success.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
