Elevation HR are currently seeking an experienced HR Business Strategy & Performance Partner to support its HR Business Partnering team on a 12–18-month fixed term contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for an established HR Strategist to deliver a cohesive people strategy aligned with business goals. Working closely with the wider team in developing and implementing the firm’s people strategy, ensuring HR initiatives are fully integrated and aligned to support business success.
The successful candidate will focus on delivering and embedding a new firmwide performance management approach across all business areas and jurisdictions. This approach is a key element of our clients people strategy, driving and supporting a high-performance culture for all employees.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partnering with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to embed a high-performance culture throughout
* Engaging stakeholders to build awareness and buy-in for the new performance approach
* Collaborating with Learning & Development teams on goal setting and feedback initiatives
* Leading the testing and refinement of performance evaluation and feedback mechanisms
* Developing an evolving feedback approach that builds a culture of continuous improvement
* Partnering with the Workday Performance team to test and deliver the performance process
* Integrating DEIB and Wellbeing principles into the performance framework
* Managing communications, materials, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation
* Overseeing project plans, milestones, and measures of success
The ideal candidate will bring:
* Proven experience designing and implementing performance strategies in complex organisations
* A strong HRBP or generalist HR background with strong commercial awareness and stakeholder engagement skills
* The ability to influence and build credibility at senior levels across a global organisation
* Experience collaborating with Centres of Excellence to align people strategies with business goals
* Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
* Strong collaboration and delivery skills, with the ability to thrive in a matrix environment
* External awareness of broader market and performance trends
* A proactive, solution-focused mindset and commitment to excellence
