As a Dental Nurse working with Flourish Medical, your responsibilities may include: Assisting the dentist during a wide range of dental procedures Preparing and maintaining dental equipment, instruments, and materials Ensuring the surgery is clean, tidy, and fully stocked at all times Sterilising instruments and following infection control and cross-infection protocols Providing chairside support to clinicians and reassurance to patients Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring compliance with GDC and CQC standards Supporting the smooth running of the dental team and patient flow throughout the day Required Skills & Experience GDC registration as a Dental Nurse Previous experience working in NHS or private dental practices Excellent chairside, organisational, and patient care skills Knowledge of cross-infection control, decontamination, and dental software systems Strong communication and teamwork abilities A commitment to maintaining high clinical standards and continued professional development.
