Our supported living services are for autistic adults who need extra help to live in their own homes or within our accommodation, whether as tenants or owner occupiers, living alone, or with others.
As part of our commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred adult social care, we are seeking a Registered Locality Manager to join our regional leadership team to drive operational transformation across our adult services. This role will play a key part in ensuring sustainable, high-quality services, developing our housing strategy, and enhancing workforce development to equip staff with the specialist knowledge needed to support autistic adults effectively. A fantastic opportunity to drive transformational change. This is a varied and hands-on position, perfect for someone passionate about improving quality, championing best practices, and supporting frontline leaders through change. You’ll work across a cluster of services, coaching and guiding Service Managers to ensure services are efficient, person-centred, and built on specialist, evidence-based approaches.

This role is working 35 hours a week, Monday – Sunday according to service need. Salary £50k – £55k depending on experience.
