Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Epsom. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, including conducting market appraisals, listing properties, and coordinating professional marketing materials. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property viewings, advising clients on pricing and offers, negotiating terms between buyers and sellers, and guiding all parties through the transaction process. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, staying up to date on local market trends, and delivering a high level of customer service at every stage. The Real Estate Agent will collaborate closely with colleagues to achieve team targets while representing the Kaybridge brand with professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications
* Relevant real estate credentials, such as a Real Estate License and proven knowledge of Real Estate practices and regulations.
* Demonstrated strength in Sales, including prospecting, lead follow-up, and closing property transactions.
* Experience in Customer Service, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long‑term client relationships.
* Understanding of Real Property principles, including valuations, market analysis, and property presentation.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and confidently.
* Proficiency with basic digital tools and property management or CRM software.
* Ability to work on-site, manage time effectively, and handle multiple properties and clients simultaneously.
* Previous experience in residential estate agency or a related property role is highly desirable.
