Salary: £28,500 to £31,100 DOE excluding sleeps (between £3,100 to £5200)

We’re recruiting for a Team Leader in Woolsthorpe, where a respected childcare provider is opening their next EBD home. You’ll bring experience, compassion and leadership to a service designed for care that lasts.
About the Role:
• Support the Registered Manager and Deputy in running a therapeutic, child-centred home
• Act as a key worker, building strong, consistent relationships with young people
• Guide and mentor residential support workers in daily routines and care delivery
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, recording and communication
• Play a key role in shift planning, documentation and reflective practice

About You:
• Minimum 1 year’s experience in residential childcare
• Confident supporting children with EBD and SEMH needs
• Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or willing to work towards it)
• Calm, consistent, and dependable in a team setting
• Clear understanding of safeguarding and escalation
• Emotionally intelligent and reflective — ready to lead with care
