Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality and Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities while ensuring that all output meets the highest standards of quality and compliance. This role is critical in maintaining operational efficiency, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring customer satisfaction through consistent product excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Understand how to effectively manage a team - Manage production teams daily, checking in, managing resources for each team working closely with Production Manager.
* Taking responsibility for reporting and being the liaison point regarding production for all other team managers.
* Take responsibility for ensuring QC procedures are adhered and working with each production operator, carrying out systematic checks
* Ensure timely delivery of resources to each team to ensure that each operator has the materials and product available to carry out their job effectively, on time in full.
* Be second in command after Production Manager, stepping in for holiday or absences.
* Assisting with production scheduling and ensuring company systems are updated by operators to ensure communications are effective within the group.
* Be available to provide operator cover in the event of short notice absences or holiday.
