An excellent permanent job opportunity for a Junior HR BP, to join a collaborative public sector organisation. You will be part of a busy HR team where they pride themselves on fostering an inclusive environment. As a Junior HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in both operational HR duties and strategic HR projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational HR Duties: Hands-on involvement in day-to-day HR operations.
2. Employee Relations: Manage ER cases from start to finish.
3. Training: Design and deliver training on HR best practices.
4. Recruitment and Selection: Support managers throughout the end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
5. Restructuring: Manage TUPE and redundancy processes from beginning to end.
6. HR Projects: Gender pay gap reporting, supporting with an HR system implementation, sourcing a new Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
7. Reporting: Run quarterly HR reports, analyse data, and present findings.
8. This role is based on-site 4 days per week in Buckingham and 1 day per week remote.
Experience Required:
* You must have experience as a Junior HR BP / HR BP.
* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
* Experience with HR systems and data analysis.
