About the Role
As a Sales Advisor, you’ll oversee the sales of our homes to customers at sites throughout the South West. You will support and persuade potential purchasers to buy a Cavanna Home, manage the sales process with each customer, hand over their home, and work to enhance the customer journey from first meeting through to the 7-day visit. You will qualify potential purchasers in accordance with departmental procedures, staying informed of all the benefits and unique selling points of homes on your development.
* Ensure that the show home and sales office presentation meet departmental standards
* Respond to generated sales leads
* Work to close sales while supporting customers through the sales process
* Assist in detailed market research
* Ensure maximum revenue is achieved for each home/unit
About You
To be considered as a Sales Advisor, you will need:
* Experience of delivering sales in a service environment, such as housebuilding, estate agency or banking
* Experience of building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* An understanding of the construction and property markets and their driving factors
* The ability to negotiate to maximise revenue
* A full, valid driving licence
