Payroll Delivery Co-Ordinator
Location - Whiteley (Hybrid)
Salary - £27,850 per year
We are looking for a Payroll Delivery Co‑Ordinator to join the team, supporting the accurate and timely processing of contractor payrolls.
This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and confident working to deadlines in a fast-paced payroll environment, with regular interaction across the business and with external contractors.
The Role
You'll be responsible for supporting weekly payroll processing, maintaining payroll records, and handling payroll-related queries, ensuring compliance with HMRC legislation and internal procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Process weekly contractor payrolls (PAYE, CIS, deemed payrolls)
Maintain accurate payroll records and systems
Respond to payroll queries via phone and email
Ensure compliance with payroll policies and HMRC requirements
Process ad-hoc payments outside of payroll (e.g. VAT or faster payments)
Support the team in meeting deadlines and maintaining data accuracy

Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
IT literate with good keyboard skills
Discreet, professional, and able to handle confidential data
Desirable:
Previous payroll experience
Excel skills
