About the role

As a Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the management team with the day-to-day running of the business. Your primary goal will be to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service, while also fostering a positive work environment for our dedicated team.
About the pub
· Serving British food
· Stone's throw away from the iconic Cutty Sark
· Tied to Shepherd Neame Brewery, serve Shepherd Neame products
· Ground level main pub
· Upstairs dining room/ function room
About you as a Supervisor
· Experienced supervisor in pubs (London preferred but not essential)
· Strong leadership and communication skills
· Has some brewery background and cellar knowledge – interest in cask ales
· Customer service is the utmost important driving force, can help lead the team from the front
· Can uphold the values of a traditional pub and present this with flawless service
· Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
· Passion for food and drink
About the role
· Opening and closing of the business
· Support the management team in the efficient running of the pubs, ensuring smooth operations on a daily basis
· Demonstrate a passion for food and drink, taking pride in delivering a memorable experience for our guests
· Work collaboratively as part of a team, encouraging and motivating team members to achieve excellence in customer service
