What you will enjoy doing
1. You will be placing orders at the customer request, ensuring they are placed accurately, and any special requirements are added to the account for the relevant colleagues to see and action
2. Dealing with customer complaints at first point of contact, ensuring the customer is dealt with professionally and a suitable resolution is reached which is acceptable for both the customer and BOC will be part of your job
3. You will be liaising with other departments in regard to external customer accounts, when the account has been placed on hold due to credit management issues, hence speaking to the credit management team and relaying the information supplied, back to the customer
4. Further you will be acting as first point of contact for any new customers which would like to open an account with BOC. Thus, ensuring the customer requirements are taken accurately and logged to the relevant department, so this can be actioned, and the new business gained
